The Bachelor of Health Science / Bachelor of Arts double degree offers a diverse range of majors allowing you to create an engaging program to suit a wide range of graduate employment outcomes. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply your specialised knowledge and skills in capstone projects that engage with challenging industry problems.

Recent graduates have gone on to work in government, health research, medicine, nutrition, community work, journalism, film and advertising.

Selected major: Nutrition

Explore the fields of nutritional and food science in relation to contemporary issues in health science. You will gain an understanding of food sources, metabolic functions of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals along with the biological, psychological, cultural and social determinants of food choices in order to understand the role of nutrition in health across the life span.
