Designed for graduates and emerging professionals, this future-focused GMBA combines leadership, strategy and digital business with applied learning to help you solve complex organisational challenges.

Study structure
Successful completion of the Global Master of Business Administration requires students to complete units of study to the value of 200 credit points. All units of study are valued at 12.5 credit points unless otherwise stated.
- Full-time study: 100 credit points/eight standard units of study per year
- Part-time study: 50 credit points/four standard units of study per year
- One credit point is equivalent to one hour of study per week per semester (including contact hours and private study)

Learning outcomes
At the completion of the Global Master of Business Administration, graduates will be able to:
- integrate and apply knowledge of core business disciplines to analyse organisational problems and opportunities in diverse organisational and global business contexts
- analyse and interpret complex business information using appropriate analytical frameworks, evidence and critical reasoning to develop responses to organisational challenges
- critically evaluate and apply data, digital technologies and analytical tools to support organisational decision-making and improve business processes in technology-mediated environments
- work effectively in diverse environments, demonstrating culturally responsive, relational and respectful engagement with diverse knowledges, perspectives and communities of place
- critically apply research methods, principles and evidence to undertake independent research into business problems and inform decision-making in applied contexts
- apply professional judgement, reflective practice and ethical awareness in complex organisational and professional contexts.
Career opportunities
Graduates of the Global Master of Business Administration are prepared for entry-level to early-career roles across business and organisational contexts, including positions in business analysis, consulting, project coordination, marketing, operations, human resources and technology-enabled business functions.
Graduates develop strong analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation and professional communication skills, enabling them to contribute to organisational decision-making and operate effectively in diverse and global environments.
Course rules
To qualify for the award of Global Master of Business Administration, students must complete 16 (or equivalent) units (200 credit points) comprising:
- four [4] foundation units (50 credit points)
- eight [8] core units (100 credit points)
- four [4] units comprising one specialisation or four [4] elective units (50 credit points).
Volume of learning
The Global Master of Business Administration consists of 16 units (or equivalent) (200 credit points). Units normally carry 12.5 credit points. In each year, eight (8) units normally constitute a full-time load of 100 credit points and four (4) units normally constitute a part-time load of 50 credit points.
Graduate skills

Professional recognition
The Global Master of Business Administration is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International. The alumni of AACSB accredited business schools are among the world’s most influential leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs impacting business, government, and non-profit sectors. Only the top six per cent of business schools worldwide are AACSB accredited.
Maximum academic credit
The maximum level of credit that can be granted for the Global Master of Business Administration is 100 credit points (normally 8 units). The exception to this rule is for students entering with a graduate diploma in the field of business administration who may be granted up to 125 credit points of advanced standing (normally 10 units).
