Care Leaver Bursary

Applications are open   Local students   Future and current students

Swinburne University of Technology is committed to improving the educational outcomes of care leavers - students who spent time in formal out-of-home care (e.g. foster care, residential care, kinship care, ward of the State).  We offer a number of Care Leaver Bursaries to help students achieve their academic goals.

These bursaries are made possible through Swinburne’s partnership with Raising Expectations – a project designed to increase the number of young people in care and care leavers accessing tertiary education.
