Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
RPL involves the assessment of previously unrecognised skills and knowledge that an individual has achieved through formal,
informal and non-formal learning. The RPL process requires the individual to provide evidence, which is assessed to determine
whether an individual has achieved the required learning outcomes of a unit within a course or for entry to a course.

Recognition of Current Competence (RCC)
RCC applies when a student has previously successfully completed the requirements for a unit and needs to be reassessed to ensure that the competence is being maintained (eg. by a licensing authority).

Credit transfer involves the recognition of previously completed units of study that have the same or equivalent learning outcomes as a unit in your current course.
