Academic transcripts

An academic transcript is an official document signed by the University Registrar which states your course, subjects and results, completion date and conferral date.

Every student will receive an official digital copy of their academic transcript included with their graduation documents. Your digital academic transcript will be available through My eQuals.

You can view an unofficial copy of your academic results at anytime through My results.

Vocational education students who have completed modules towards their accredited course but who have not completed their award can also request a Statement of Attainment.

Purchasing an additional academic transcript

You can purchase copies of your transcript. Paper copies are AUD$35 per copy, digital copies are AUD$15.

You can order and pay for documents online, anytime. Digital documents ordered online are usually available within 24 hours.

Before you order, please check My Results and result release dates – official transcripts only display results that have been officially released at the time of ordering.

If you can no longer log in, you can submit a request for a transcript. Requests are processed Monday to Friday during business hours, and you will be contacted for payment prior to your documents being processed.

Amending your transcript

Fail grades cannot be removed from your academic transcript. This document is your academic history and cannot be altered.
