Status Letter Request

In most cases, your enrolment statement or academic transcript contains the necessary information regarding your status as a student. However, if required by an official authority such as the Department of Home Affairs, you may request a status letter.

Processing time

Status letters take approximately 5 business days to process, however, during peak periods allow up to 10 business days.

Please note: where a completion date is required to be entered onto a Status Letter, there maybe a delay.

Your status letter will be emailed to the email address provided in your request.
