Late request to attend a Graduation Ceremony

For every formal Graduation Ceremony round there is a cut-off date to advise attendance and make bookings.

If you have missed the cut-off date, we may be able to include you in the ceremony. Please complete the details below and we will advise the outcome in ten working days.

Please note: As this is a late request it is possible that your name will not be printed in the Ceremony Program and that your graduation documents will not be available at the Ceremony.
