About us

We combine academic expertise with industry engagement to advance the science of innovation and social change. We are experts in the social and moral psychology of identity, ethics and justice, work and leadership.

We work collaboratively with industry and government to study the social psychology of innovation and develop constructive strategies for adapting to technological and social change. We achieve this by employing a range of methodologies and frameworks that generate powerful insights in the enablers of, and barriers to, psychological, organisational, and societal change.

The Social Psychology of Innovation Research Group is affiliated with the Public Interest Technology program of the Social Innovation Research Institute, which focuses on the creation and use of technology to advance the public interest.

Our team of researchers is experienced in conducting world-class academic research and collaborative research with industry. Please contact us directly to discuss research opportunities.
