About the scholarship

Summary

The purpose of the Rowe Scientific Foundation Scholarship is to support high achieving domestic students who are undertaking undergraduate studies in chemistry related majors at Swinburne University of Technology.

Rowe Scientific has been supplying the scientific community and laboratories around Australia since 1987. Through their Foundation, Rowe Scientific wish to give back to the community through supporting one student annually studying in areas that will support the industries that have supported them.

Eligibility and selection criteria

Eligibility

Applicants must: 

  • be an Australian citizen.
Enrolment criteria

Applicants must be: 

  • enrolled full time in a Swinburne undergraduate science degree (including double degrees) with a major in chemistry or biochemistry
  • a commencing first year or continuing second year and above student in Semester 1, 2027
  • studying on-campus.
Selection criteria

Applications will be assessed based on:

  • personal statement
  • continuing students will be assessed on their academic achievements.

Academic transcript

Continuing students must provide evidence of Academic Transcript or GPA demonstrating high academic achievement.
