Unit Learning Outcomes (ULO)
Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
1. Formulate responses to client issues based on an understanding of basic counselling interventions.
2. Evaluate the strengths and limitations of the “Skilled Helper” problem-solving and management model in order to effectively apply it to issues presented in counselling practice.
3. Analyse the linkage between counselling interventions and client outcomes.
