The role of a Business Analyst has changed substantially in recent years. While specialist Business Analyst’s still have a place, the ability to undertake Business Analysis tasks is now a core skill for most professionals.

This two-day Business Analysis course gives professionals the skills to transform a business and teaches them how to become architects of change at their workplace. At its heart, you will learn how to define needs and recommend solutions that will achieve change.

You will learn a range of tools and techniques to seek out and define problems and opportunities, assess and analyse them, then work with stakeholders as you create a blueprint for change.

You will also learn to manage solution assessments and validations, plus be able to apply business analysis techniques to identify problems and opportunities within your organisation. 

The ability to analyse, solve problems, capitalise on opportunities, define solutions and create efficiencies can be learnt in this course, and participants will take away tools and frameworks that allow them to be true architects of change in their workplace.
