- Apply procurement principles and fundamentals of various procurement systems for infrastructure project delivery
- Identify the fundamental laws and legal requirements applicable to construction contracts and contract administration in projects
- Plan contractual and professional responsibilities and facilitate alternative dispute resolution mechanisms suitable for infrastructure project delivery
