Overview
This micro-unit investigates that bringing a great business idea is more than just luck. There are well-honed tools that can help you to craft a good concept into a great business. The Entrepreneur's Toolkit is a hands-on guide to taking your business idea from concept to reality. You will work with Swinburne's experts on entrepreneurship and innovation to craft a business idea into an actionable plan using a range tools including business model canvas, lean startup methodology and communicating your ideas to peers and mentors for feedback and further refinement. The Entrepreneur's Toolkit is suitable to both entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, whether you're working on a commercial start up or a social enterprise.

Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:

- Communicate and sell innovative new business ideas successfully
