Leadership for Innovation
16 hours face to face + blended
One Semester or equivalent
Hawthorn
Overview
Whilst many master’s programs have a research component, most fail to connect the research to industry (in this case school-based contexts). In collaboration with industry, students will engage in a self-study practice-based research program that is partly informed by the university and partly informed by their workplace or a workplace setting. Assessment will be embedded as part of workplace contexts, recognising the value of research in workplace settings.
