Overview

The educational leadership landscape has undergone seismic shifts in the last few years. For many, schools have become community hubs, replacing traditional notions of what it means to gather together as a group, and with this, accepted behaviours in contemporary society have also changed. This unit aims to equip educational leaders to build cultures within their communities of respect, tolerance and positive communication, whilst navigating mandatory compliance, understanding the complexities of school law, and most importantly, protecting both self and staff while navigating these challenges as a unified school community.
