Overview
This unit provides students with an opportunity to explore a student led project in an area of interest within the health care environment. This unit offers students the opportunity to develop and establish an understanding of the principles of health-related project management under the guidance of experienced mentors. Students will be able to choose from a range of project topics in collaboration with local and international industry partners.

Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
- Critically review and evaluate relevant literature and associated resources
- Develop an appropriate protocol for the project based on the health-related partners’ needs
- Communicate project requirements with university and health-related partner
- Collaboratively work with a team, using project management skills
- Undertake the proposed project work, report and reflect on outcomes
