Overview
The aim of this unit is to provide students with a broad body of knowledge and applied skills regarding BIM and other digital technologies for the construction management agenda with special focus on scope and change management, as-built verification, performance management, safety, quality, productivity, sustainability, procurement and contract administration in the building and infrastructure projects.

Learning outcomes
Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
- Employ BIM and other digital technologies for scope and change management in construction project delivery
- Verify and review as-built, monitor progress and manage performance in construction projects using BIM and digital technologies
- Apply and evaluate BIM and other digital technologies for in-situ and remote monitoring of construction site operations to manage quality, productivity and safety
- Employ and/ or evaluate BIM and digital technologies for managing contracts, conflicts, disputes and claims in different procurement and supply chain options of construction projects
- Formulate and/ or assess application of BIM and other digital technologies for sustainable construction outcomes
