Overview
This micro-unit examines the concepts, issues and challenges that are critical for implementing, maintaining and completing business analytics projects. Students will examine business analytics from a strategic perspective and examine how an organisation's industry, culture and structure influence the approach taken.

Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
- Demonstrate coherent and advanced knowledge of organisational strategy and the principles of business analytics and align these to project management.
- Critically evaluate project management and business analytics practices, methodologies, tools and techniques.
