Professional Engineering Entrepreneurship Project

Overview

This unit aims to provide students with the opportunity to apply knowledge, techniques and skills gained from units taught within the program in solving problems relevant to industry.

Unit learning outcomes

Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:

1. Plan and manage an entrepreneurial engineering group project
2. Research a complex problem within the project, including appraising current literature and developments, and applying research principles and methods
3. Demonstrate effective professional written and oral communication to a variety of audiences
4. Reflect on professional engineering practice and your role as a professional
5. Work collaboratively in diverse teams
