Aims and objectives
The aim of this unit is to provide a specialised exposure on systems, procedures and practices for managing safety and quality in a range of site operations of construction and infrastructure management projects.

|ULO1||Describe, formulate and employ advanced quality management practices, procedures, standard and systems in construction projects|
|ULO2||Determine, develop, and apply relevant workplace health and safety management practices, and systems in construction site operations|
|ULO3||Prepare, administer, review and recommend integrated plans and procedures for workplace health and safety as well as quality management in construction projects|
|ULO4||Interpret, develop and use suitable communication and documentation for managing safety and quality in a range of site operations of construction and infrastructure management projects|
