Aims and objectives

This unit aims to develop confidence and capability in communicating online within professional practice and academic settings as consumers, producers and sharers of information.
 
Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:
 
1. Explore, use and evaluate information online to develop research and communication skills.
2. Identify the reasons for academic integrity, and use the tools and processes to ensure its effective application.
3. Construct and publish knowledge in the online environment.
4. Reflect on self as a learner.
