Aims and objectives
This unit of study aims to expose students to the range of software development methodologies and project management practices that are used in contemporary software development projects.

On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
1.Analyse popular Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe and Kanban and identify opportunities for Agile ways of working
2.Recommend common tools for Agile project and product management
3.Plan an Agile project using an appropriate Agile framework
4.Analyse change management strategies used for implementing Agile
