Masterclass: Leader as Coach

Short course Hawthorn, Online Send me a link to this course

There is a very well-known parable from days past that applies to today’s intersection between the business world and coaching; ‘Give a person a fish and you feed them once, teach a person to fish and you feed them for a lifetime’.

Coaches, whether in a business or an external consultant, empower leaders to think differently, create self-awareness, and teach integrated thinking and observation. In turn, leaders with the skills to coach are more effective at motivating their teams, creating connections, building trust, and fostering an environment of innovation.

Through coaching you can learn to build trust and rapport within your team and boost your communication skills by using active listening, reflection, empathy, and powerful questioning.

This is a hands-on program that teaches participants how to become coaches themselves, or coach their colleagues and leaders to new heights.

To get the most out of this Masterclass, participants are asked to be ready and open to being coached and share their experiences with the wider group.

Who should attend?

This is an intensive masterclass that is well suited to people who are stepping up their career, are seeking to get the best out of their team, or who would like to become specialist coaches.
