Wendy Thorpe, Swinburne alum and former Council member: for service to the financial sector.

Gary Barcaly, Swinburne alum for service to swimming.

Jennifer Mackay, Swinburne alum for service to primary education.

Geoffrey McCracken, Swinburne alum for service to Australian rules football.

Ann Wollner, Swinburne alum for service to  the Jewish community.

Anne Pang, Swinburne community member for service to the Chinese community of Melbourne, and to women.
