What is the Success Hub? 

The Success Hub is your one-stop shop for academic advice, and study support at the Hawthorn campus and online! On campus, you can find the Success Hub on John St, under the Atrium. Feel free to visit whenever you have any questions! We welcome drop-ins, no booking needed! 

What services are available? 

The Success Hub offers a range of services in-person at the Hawthorn campus and online through Swinburne Communities to accommodate you and your schedule.

  • Learning and Academic Skills (LAS) - Writing Centre 
  • Maths Studio 
  • Student Success Coaches (Higher Education) 
  • Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS)

If you can’t make it to campus, open a chat to our Learning Supporters on Swinburne Communities. You may start a chat with them whenever you like! They will respond to you within their available times, which are listed on their profiles. 

Looking for PASS? Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) are delivered through the Success Hub. Learn more via the PASS program in Swinburne Communities.

Is there a space for peer-to-peer support? 

Yes! Connect with fellow students on the Swinburne Communities group chat: ask questions, offer advice, and make connections.

You can find practical assignment and study guides in the Skills for Study online community. Printed resources are also available at the Success Hub, where you can drop in and speak with the Learning and Academic Skills team. No appointment is needed.
