We are delighted to invite you to the launch of the Safer Futures Fund, an initiative of the Centre for Forensic Behavioural Science (CFBS). The annual event will highlight the important work in the field of forensic behavioural science and raise awareness for the Safer Futures Fund's mission to support emerging professionals in the field.

We are honoured to welcome Emeritus Professor Clive Ruggles as our inaugural orator.

Clive Ruggles is an Emeritus Professor in the School of Archaeology and Ancient History at the University of Leicester, U.K. Together with his wife, Dr. Sue Hills, Clive set up the Alice Ruggles Trust in 2017 in the wake of their daughter Alice's tragic murder at the hands of an ex-boyfriend who had relentlessly stalked her after she ended their brief relationship. Clive uses his experience and knowledge to help train and develop police, prosecutors and judiciary as well as social and healthcare services, academic colleagues and students.

Clive serves as Chair of Trustees of the Alice Ruggles Trust, and continues to play a leading role in its public-awareness-raising and campaigning work to put an end to stalking.

Join us for an evening of thought-provoking discussion, beginning with canapés and drinks, followed by Professor Ruggles' address.
