Wayapa is a modality that celebrates our relationship with the Earth as the fundamental platform for mind, body, spirit wellness. It draws on Aboriginal Australian ways of knowing, being and doing but has a warm embrace of all backgrounds - we meet in the sweet spot in the middle.
We will combine visualisation and gentle movements connected to the 14 elements of Wayapa, through Zoom in the comfort of you own loungeroom.
Please register for access - sessions will open ten mintues before the start time of 12;30pm, and run for an hour.
