While studying, there are extra fees that may be payable. These miscellaneous fees are payable for sitting special examinations, attending graduation or replacing a lost Student ID card. Find out more about the miscellaneous fees at Swinburne.

Undergraduate, Postgraduate or UniLink
Vocational Education (VE, formerly TAFE)
National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA)
Swinburne Open Universities Australia (OUA)
Types of miscellaneous fees
Late notification of examination supervisor fee (OUA only): A$50
Request for assessment of exemptions fee (students not registered in a Swinburne OUA course): A$50
Testamur(your first paper copy is free of charge at graduation ceremony or to collect). This is a legal document with the university seal that includes your name, course title, the date of conferral and the signature of the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor and Academic Registrar.
If you are unable to collect your testamur in person or at a graduation ceremony and require your first copy to be mailed to you, a postage and handling charge applies.
Academic transcript (first digital copy is free and provided with your graduation documentation).
Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS; first copy is free).
Statement of Attainment records all the successfully completed units of study within a nationally accredited vocation course (vocational education only; first copy is free).
Skill set, as part of Statement of Attainment (first copy is free).

How to pay for miscellaneous fees
You can pay miscellaneous fees in-person at studentHQ on any campus from 9am–5pm weekdays.
You can also pay Payment Recovery Fees by logging in to My Finances. Check your Statement of Account and Tax Invoice and choose your preferred payment method.
