Overview

This unit aims to equip students with essential professional and human capabilities required in an AI-driven and rapidly changing workforce. Emphasising self-awareness, resilience, communication, teamwork, and ethical decision-making, it develops core competencies for success in diverse and complex environments. Co-designed with industry, the unit addresses real-world skill gaps across sectors. Students will engage in authentic, interdisciplinary learning experiences that foster transferable skills and practical knowledge relevant to a wide range of professions. The unit prepares adaptable, career-ready graduates who can lead and contribute effectively across industries, respond to evolving challenges, and succeed personally and professionally in the future of work.
