The Fire Station at Swinburne houses the Innovation Precinct and Design Factory Melbourne. The building was previously the Hawthorn Fire Station for 87 years, decommissioned in 1997.

Student Ambassador program launching in 2019

This 24-week paid opportunity is a great way for students to engage with the Innovation Precinct and have access to Swinburne startups. Three ambassadors will be selected, one from each faculty. Applications open in late-January and close in mid-February.
