Goldsmith Family Indigenous Education Support Scholarship
The scholarship has been established to encourage indigenous students to undertake any undergraduate studies at Swinburne University.

Undergraduate Courses.
Eligibility / selection criteria
Applicants must:
- be an Australian citizen and recognised as an indigenous Australian
- be a commencing student studying full-time at Swinburne in an undergraduate degree in the year the scholarship is awarded.
- provide evidence of:
- achieved ATAR of 60
- successful completion of VCE or equivalent, or
- post secondary study
- provide a written statement of 500 words outlining career aspirations. Specifically, please comment on the following:
- how your cultural background or culture has influenced you, or may benefit your studies;
- why you’ve chosen your particular area of study;
- your career aspirations; and
- how this scholarship will support you in your studies
- for Film and TV courses, the following alternative entry requirements apply:
- a) submit a portfolio of creative work
b) provide academic transcript of previous studies.

Value
The scholarship is valued at $7,500 per year for the normal duration of the course, for a maximum period of up to five years.
