The Bachelor of Business (Professional) is designed to equip you with core skills and knowledge in business, management and operations to prepare you for roles in modern organisations.
Select a major area of specialisation and combine it with your other studies to become an entrepreneurial thinker, innovator and learn to find opportunity where others cannot.
All our bachelor degrees include a guaranteed Work Integrated Learning opportunity, which could be a placement, internship or industry-linked project. This Professional Degree includes a mandatory 12-month paid work placement. You'll benefit from Swinburne’s unique industry partnerships, gain invaluable full-time work experience and earn credit towards your degree.
In your final year, in the Industry Consulting Project (BSB30024), you’ll team up with other students to work on a real project briefed to you by an industry partner.
Every international student application is considered for a scholarship
Whether you’re living in Australia or overseas, you’re automatically considered for a scholarship of up to 75% off your course fees. Please check our updated entry requirements.

The indicative course fees shown in Course Search apply to international students for the relevant year only. They are based on a standard study load per year. However, please note that fees are assessed according to a student's study load in each semester, and variation to study load will result in an adjustment to tuition fees. All fees are subject to annual review and may be adjusted.
International students in Australia who hold student visas are required to study full-time and on campus. Courses that are taught entirely online are only available to international students studying outside Australia or those in Australia who are not on a student visa. Online courses are not available to international students in Australia who hold a student visa.
Make sure you check out the available scholarships. They became a really good goal for me during Year 12 and are achievable if you put in the hard work. I also recommend coming to Open Day – you can ask questions (even silly ones!) and get answers from current students.
