This is a nationally approved vocational course that is recognised throughout Australia.
The Diploma of Project Management will help you to radically improve your ability to define and manage projects, while maximising productivity. Whether you want to improve your delivery capability or attain formal qualifications and/or professional recognition, this program aims to meet your needs as quickly and conveniently as possible.
The program is delivered as a series of workshops and coaching sessions, covering generic project management theory plus individual coaching time which addresses specific industry contexts. During the program you will develop a structured PM methodology (based on PMBOK) and identify useful templates and tools to improve your PM capability. You are expected to be working on real projects. Workshops are held at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus in Melbourne.
Due to the linear nature of project management, this course is delivered in a prescribed sequence. It is not possible to start part-way through. See the Registration tab for upcoming start dates.
