Diploma of Screen and Media - Film and Television
Swinburne’s Diploma of Screen and Media – Film and Television continues the storytelling tradition that has been a part of mankind’s journey since the very beginning.
This is a hands-on course designed to give you the practical, theoretical, and creative skills to produce a wide range of content for the film and television industries. Develop your skills and knowledge in key areas such as concept development, storytelling and all aspects of production, collaboratively and with professionalism. As a graduate, you’ll be a better independent thinker and have the technical and conceptual skills to bring creative ideas to life on screen.
Upon graduation, you’ll have an extensive portfolio of work, plus the abilities and know-how to work as an entry level practitioner, freelance operator, or to pathway into further study.
With your diploma in hand, call “Action!” on your career in the film and television industry, or independently, as an assistant producer or director, production coordinator, camera operator, editor, grip, or content creator – and that’s just for starters.
