- Network Design and Security: Key areas include: Host hardening, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, risk assessment and control measures, encryption, access control, VPNs, centralized authentication and Authorization.
- Advanced Server administration (Microsoft and Linux Operating Environment).
- Virtualization, Cloud and Intro to the Software Defined Data Centre and Software Defined Networks
- Intro to Internet of Things (IoT)
- CISCO CCNA Curriculum
- Project Management and client related skills.
- Microsoft Server: Active Directory, Group Policy management, DNS, DHCP, Nano Server and its management etc.
- Linux Server: Administration and usage in security auditing and penetration testing
- CISCO Routing, Switching, VLANs, IPV4/IPV6, LAN and WAN design and Troubleshooting
- wireless design and Configuration using state of arts technologies and centralized controllers

Aims and objectives
To provide students with the skills and knowledge in the installation and management of networks, and enable an individual to be effective in network management, either as an independent ICT specialist or as part of a team. The aim is also to enable students to gain the skills to continue to higher education courses.
