This practical, hands-on course will develop knowledge, skills and professional practice for a career in human resources (HR).

Develop your understanding of HR processes and responsibilities such as recruitment, staff induction, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations and work health and safety. Gain confidence in your skills through interactions with industry and involvement in real-life HR situations.

This course is ideal for students who have previous technical qualifications, experience in an HR role or substantial experience in a non-HR role, or who want to advance their careers with additional skills in HR management.

You will graduate ready to enter the workforce in an HR capacity or go on to further study. This course could lead you to roles such as human resources adviser, human resources and change manager, human resources consultant, and human resources manager.
