Diploma of Engineering (UniLink) (8 months)
Want to know how to fix real-world problems and make the world a better place? The Diploma of Engineering (UniLink) gives you an alternative pathway into higher education. You'll learn in a supportive and friendly university environment that prepares you to improve the world we live in.
Study Engineering to learn about standard engineering practices and principles. Better yet, gain knowledge about social, economic and environmental design strategies. You'll learn how to do this as an individual, and as part of a team.
Learn how to make evaluations and calculations when designing and planning a project. Get broad knowledge of material analysis, kinematics, and sustainable practices. Develop practical skills in critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making. This diploma will prepare you for further study in engineering fields.
Over 8 months, you’ll study content that is similar to a bachelor degree, but in smaller class sizes – so you'll have more one-on-one time with your teachers. When you finish your UniLink diploma, you can move straight into a Bachelor of Engineering at Swinburne, adding no additional time or money to your studies.
