This Pre-apprenticeship Plumbing course is designed to build your confidence and understanding of various areas of the plumbing trade. Through a mix of in-person classroom-based theory and practical workshop tasks, you will gain technical experience including plan interpretation, using specialised tools and materials, making measurements, knowledge of OHS/WHS requirements and more.

The Certificate II in Plumbing (Pre-apprenticeship) could be a vital step to working as a plumber, either in industry or perhaps running your own business. This is a comprehensive course based on hands-on experiences involving both theory and practical skills. It aims to help you to develop a basic insight into working within a licensed trade area and the associated responsibilities, equipping students with the skill and knowledge an employer looks for when hiring an apprentice.

The course consists of 19 Core units, delivered face to face incorporating classroom based theory and practical workshop tasks.
