The Certificate I in Transition Education teaches those with a mild intellectual disability/cognitive impairment the skills they need to find their feet in the community after leaving school.

Students will learn to read and write simple sentences and develop basic numeracy and communication skills.

This course is led by highly experienced and passionate teachers who provide a supportive environment for student learning.

Upon completion, students will have gained the confidence and skills they need to pursue employment, volunteer work or further study.
