Sean is Professor of Marketing and Department Chair for the Department of Management and Marketing at Swinburne University of Technology. He has previously held roles at Monash University (2008-2017) and EADA Business School, Barcelona (visiting professor, 2011-2018). Sean has a passion for a diverse range of research topics and has published widely, including in leading journals such as European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Advertising Research, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (among others). Over the past two-decades, Sean has worked in market research and strategy consulting in Australia and New Zealand, at firms including TNS, Chant Link & Associates, and The General Store. He is Associate Editor at the Journal of Advertising Research, has guest edited for Psychology & Marketing, and acts as an ad-hoc reviewer for a number of marketing and psychology journals.
