As an academic, I have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of stakeholders in business and society to facilitate impact of my work. In recent years, my research has been focusing on international management: encompassing international competitiveness, SME growth and life-cycle, economic development, leadership and ethics, and have ventured into specialised areas of consumer behavior.
My recent projects involve the Australian and Hungarian small business communities, the Victorian Indigenous community, senior entrepreneurs in Australia; and businesses, governments and civil society across Central and Eastern Europe.
