Swinburne University of Technology has entered into a new research agreement with Brazil’s key research funding agency.

The new partnership with Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP) will help drive Swinburne’s research engagement in Brazil. It will support researcher exchanges, workshops, and joint projects.

FAPESP has a long history of funding quality research.

It provides grants, funds and programs to support research, education and innovation in both private and public institutions in São Paulo.

Swinburne and FAPESP will each contribute up to AU$150,000 to support these programs, with a total investment of AU$300,000 over five years.
