International opportunities for Swinburne and Tongji University administrative staff
In Summary
Swinburne University of Technology and Tongji University (China) have established an Administrative Staff Exchange Program, which allows administrative staff from one institution to undertake professional development at the other.
Swinburne recently welcomed the first participant of this program from Tongji, Ms Yeping (Shirley) Qiu. Shirley is the Project Coordinator in the Division of Exit Administration, International Exchange and Cooperation Office, at Tongji University.
Shirley spent two weeks at Swinburne, hosted by Swinburne International, learning about Swinburne’s International activities, academic programs, governance, faculties and departments, research centres, and developing relationships with Swinburne staff.
Tongji University is a strong and valued partner to Swinburne and together we have a broad range of established activities including the Design Factory, academic staff exchange, a dual degree in Physics and proposed joint symposium.
