Expressions of interest open for former Lilydale campus
In Summary
Swinburne has commenced the public expressions of interest process for the sale or lease of its former Lilydale campus.
The University has appointed real estate agent Knight Frank to manage the Expressions of Interest process.
Expressions of interest are being sought for the property on the basis of its current zoning of Public Use – Education.
The University’s preferred outcome is to identify a user for part or all of the site for ongoing educational purposes, consistent with the underlying zoning and utilising the existing facilities.
Expressions of Interest may be lodged until 3pm on Thursday 10 April 2014.
