We are looking forward to welcoming you to our Hawthorn campus in Melbourne for an exciting, informative and memorable Education Agent Week. This year is extra special because you will experience firsthand our biggest student recruitment event of the year — Open Day 2026.

Prepare for your trip

If you have any questions before you depart or need assistance while you are in Melbourne, please get in touch with your Regional Manager. Take a look at our agenda to see what is planned for each day. We cannot wait to connect with you and celebrate together!

Melbourne is known for its "four seasons in one day" weather, which can change rapidly. Winter temperatures can drop below 5° Celcius, especially from late evening to early morning. To help you participate comfortably throughout the week, please pack:

  • warm clothing and comfortable shoes (particularly for Open Day)
  • smart casual attire (for sessions in general)
  • cocktail attire (for Wednesday evening)
  • broad-spectrum sunscreen and skin moisturiser
