Session Details

You’ll attend not one, but two different workshops and see that there’s more to studying business than just crunching numbers – especially at Swinburne! Choose from:

Step into the world of sports event management and see what’s involved in planning major sports events around the AFL season. You’ll explore and address some of the challenges that arise when sport and business connect, from market research to logistical requirements.

Wondering what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur in today’s climate? In this collaborative workshop, you’ll learn how to put together a business model by producing your own idea for a new or improved product or service.

Take a journey through the role of technology in business across fields like communications, data management, e-commerce and more. Then, work with other students to solve real-world challenges using your newfound expertise!
