Book an appointment with us
We offer 30-minute face-to-face and video appointments Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm, to assist you with your assignments, writing, and maths.

Booking appointments
You can book appointments up to 14 days in advance. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please try to do it at least 48 hours before your appointment. This helps free up the spot for other students who might need support.
Can't see a suitable appointment time?
If nothing’s available right now, don’t worry as appointments fill up quickly, and new slots open up regularly, so keep checking back. On campus at Hawthorn? Just drop by anytime Monday to Friday during our drop-in hours as no booking is needed, and we’d love to see you!
Drop-in for study support on campus
You can get individual help with your assignments at our on-campus drop-in advice sessions. These sessions run during semester.

Support for students with English as an additional language
English Space
English Space is a relaxed 45-60 minute drop-in where you practise English conversation through fun, social activities.
Everyone is welcome during semester, especially culturally and linguistically diverse learners. No booking needed.

This free, self-paced online program allows you to review and assess your grammar skills. Modules cover:

Foundation Mathematics, Statistics, Physics and Chemistry help
You can book an appointment with an advisor to help improve your understanding of maths, as well as basic stats, physics and chemistry.
