At TechBar you can drop in for friendly, face-to-face technical help, or just to ask IT a question.

  • Got a problem getting your device onto the Eduroam wifi?
  • Not sure how to print?
  • Need some help to get set up for working from home?
  • Not sure how OneDrive works?

The TechBar, powered by the IT Service Desk team, is here to support you. We can even log a job for you should you require specialist attention. 

You can find the TechBar at Level 2 of the Library from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

Ask a rover

IT rovers can be found in the Hawthorn library. Drop by if you need help with connecting your wi-fi, resetting a password or printing.
