What is the Aristotle EI program?

Over the last decade, Swinburne has been developing ways to measure and enhance emotional intelligence. This includes Aristotle EI, a suite of programs to help students improve emotional intelligence competencies in the classroom.

The programs are tailored to a range of developmental stages with lessons for all year levels, while also focusing on building the four dimensions of emotional intelligence:

  • emotional recognition and expression
  • understanding the emotions of others
  • emotional reasoning
  • emotional management and control.
