What is the Aristotle EI program?
Over the last decade, Swinburne has been developing ways to measure and enhance emotional intelligence. This includes Aristotle EI, a suite of programs to help students improve emotional intelligence competencies in the classroom.
The programs are tailored to a range of developmental stages with lessons for all year levels, while also focusing on building the four dimensions of emotional intelligence:
- emotional recognition and expression
- understanding the emotions of others
- emotional reasoning
- emotional management and control.
