What is My.Swinburne
The My.Swinburne system gives students the opportunity to access information from seven of the most commonly used university web applications using a single username and password. Please note your enrolment has to be completed before you can access this service.From the student portal, users can access information from:
- Allocate Plus (viewing timetable information for Higher Education students)
- Student webmail access
- Blackboard course information (for Higher Education students)
- WebCT course information (for TAFE students)
- Library Information (loans, holds, fines, etc.)
- Student Results from the Student Information System
- Ask George (FAQ website for all current students)
- Student Exam Timetable
What is Ask George?
Ask George (AG) is a frequently asked question (FAQ) website for current students to search for answers to their enquiries or submit enquiries of their own. Your login details for Ask George (AG) are the same as your My.Swinburne portal login.
Swinburne has a database of over 460 questions and answers that you can access 24/7. If the answer is not there, then you can email us your specific question, and we will get back to you within one business day. Just log into the My.Swinburne portal and click on the 'Ask George' link.
What is SwinEmploy?
SwinEmploy is Swinburne's online employment service powered by CareerHub. It is a web-based information and management portal that provides an electronic communication hub between students, recent graduates, Alumni and employers.
What is SwinLink?
SwinLink is provided for current and former Swinburne students only, and is used for making course fee payments via credit-card and viewing and maintaining personal details held by the University.
